It ain't trickin if you got it, but you trippin if paid 4.5 million dollars on a painting. Today the New York Post claims that it was Jay Z who dropped $4.5 million on the painting of the Empire State Building with Basquiat's signature crown.
Now I dont have Jay-Z money so I cant say that it was a stupid investment but aint no way in Hell I would spend that much money on too much of anything unless its a house or something...but these just broke dude thoughts!
Paul Walker the star from "Fast and Furious" died Saturday in a car accident. I personally dont watch a lot of movies but this hurt me seeing this. But in situations when you're sad or grieving I always try to look at the positives. Paul Walker had a great career and was also a loving father. You can tell the type of character he had because he actually got in the car accident leaving his charity event for his organization "Reach Out WorldWide"... Keep the Walker Family in your prayers.
I will not post a scene from the accident or funeral because I dont like dwelling on the sad but will share a clip from Fast & Furious 6 (Behind the Scenes)
Check out this interview — Kanye West on The Breakfast Club! Charlamagne actually tells Kanye West to his face, “Yeezus is wack.”
You gotta appreciate Kanye West for not being scared to face the real questions people wanna know from The Breakfast Club.
Ciara is too fine on that new GQ cover! She got the underboob thang going pretty hard and I love it!
If you are a Chicago Bulls fan this is the worst news you'll hear all day...year: Derrick Rose tore the meniscus in his right knee, will require surgery and is out indefinitely for the rest of the season.
Rose went down in the third quarter of last night's close game against the Portland Trail Blazers. (Portland beat Chicago, 98 - 95.)
This season was suppose to be Rose's comeback year, after the 25-year-old sat out last season entirely following a torn ACL in his left knee that happened during the 2012 playoffs. Only 10 games into the 2013-2014 NBA season, Rose was averaging 15.9 points, 4.3 assists and 3.2 rebounds, not exactly stellar, but expected since he was out for so long.
Ironically, Rose was hoping to thank his fans with some wins this season, and went on record in a Adidas commercial to hype his return.
"It's time to remind the world that even though I wasn't on the court, I never left the game," Rose said.
Fans are gonna be pissed.
