In the footage posted by 2 Chainz on June 10, you can clearly see the rapper next to a table filled with what appears to be the ingredients for Sizzurp (cough syrup bottle, sprite and cups).

2 Chainz posted a similar Vine video the day before (June 9) ... but in this clip, you can clearly see 2 Chainz puffing away on what appears to be a fatty joint.
 
While the videos feature members of 2 Chainz's crew drinking from the double-cups on the table, you never see 2 Chainz taking a sip.

We broke the story ... 2 Chainz was arrested at LAX on June 11 for possession of narcotics after TSA agents claim they discovered Promethazine and pot in his luggage.

Chris Brown is under criminal battery investigation ... TMZ has learned.

Remember that brawl between Chris and Frank Ocean last January outside a recording studio?  Law enforcement told us shortly after the incident the case was closed, but we found out that's not the case.

We've learned the L.A. County D.A.'s Office has an active file and is deciding whether to prosecute Brown for battery.

It's interesting ... because Ocean never formally pressed charges.  Nonetheless ... the case is under review.

It's possible the Brown/Ocean incident could come up today at Brown's probation review hearing.  Brown is supposed to be in court, and the judge could raise the issue because Chris was ordered to obey all laws.

BTW ... Brown is also being investigated for an alleged hit-and-run.

And rapper 2 Chainz found out the HARD WAY. According to an UNNAMED SOURCE (#TeamNoSnitch#) rapper 2 Chainz was buying WEED at a local dispensary when all of a sudden - THE WOLVES ARRIVED!!

Our insider tells us that 2 Chainz was HELD HOSTAGE for about 15 minutes while goons when through his pockets and tried to EXTORT MONEY out of him.

In the end, the streets got its hands on ALL HIS CHAINS, his money and credit cards, and his new Mercedes (which may have been rented).

Police are looking for the men responsible!!
