Singer Toni Braxton has been released from hospital following her blood clots scare and is recovering at home with the help of a nurse.
The 45-year-old 'Un-Break My Heart' hitmaker was hospitalised last week after she was struck down with the dangerous complication stemming from lupus, an autoimmune condition which attacks healthy body tissue, reported Daily Star.
"I have a nurse coming to the house for a couple (of) days... Feeling a little better today, my nurse just left, just happy to be home!," she posted on Twitter.
This was the second time the R&B star hospitalised due to the illness this year. She was also admitted to a clinic in January after her immune system started to shut down.
